How to Relieve Back Pain for Good provides a great framework for addressing back pain in a rational and drug-free manner. Dr. Bedenian offers a comprehensive program of stretches, exercise and environmental considerations that helped me to strengthen my back and reduce pain without medications. One of the aspects that I liked best about this book was the information about how to tell when back pain was an indicator of something more serious. Although some of the illustrations were not that detailed, the book contained links to helpful videos and other information to answer any questions that arose. I would also note that this book was written from a European perspectIve, so some of the euphemisms are a little different and some phrasing might seem a little awkward to the American ear, but that doesn’t detract from the value of this book.
